Europe, where most of our trips are based requires a valid passport and U.S. citizens may also need to obtain a visa for certain countries. You can contact the consulate nearest you to renew or obtain a new passport. Some countries require your passport to be valid for a specified amount of time beyond your departure date (up to 6 months) so check the expiration date.
