Food & Wine Tours

Are you a self-proclaimed or accomplished foodie or wine lover?  Roll, stroll and linger longer to indulge and satisfy your taste buds. Welcome to our Ciclismo Savor and Sip trips. These sumptuous spins are specially crafted for beginners, cycling socialites, gallivanting gourmands and those who crave culture and cappuccino at every turn.  You ride to indulge in those “carbs worth climbing for.” We’ll brake for that rare white truffle in Piedmont or just to sample tart just-pressed olive oil drizzled on crispy Tuscan bread or to sip rare organic wines in cozy enotecas. You’ll crest peaks at your own pace and savor the sweeping downhill to dinner.  We make your gastronomical and oenological fantasies come true — Mangia bene!

Want your cook up your own wine and foodie trip? Our Ciclismo chefs, our itinerary dream team, will take your idea, blend the ingredients and create a culinary cycling masterpiece that will whet your appetite and inspire your friends to want seconds (and thirds).   How about a Giro di Gelato tour offering all the ice cream you can eat?  Over the past 30 years, we designed dozens of Savor and Sip Tours and can create a trip for you based on your own culinary and cycling fantasies.

Ciclismo Your Way

Don’t see what you’re looking for among any of our existing itineraries? We can create a trip just for you!

Evening Feasts

Our evening feasts offer a generous variety of local specialties—all made with only the finest and freshest ingredients. We want you to relax, laugh and reflect on the day’s adventure while twirling fettuccine and sipping the finest Barolo.

Cooking Lessons and Tastings

Every Ciclismo tour includes at least one cooking lesson or demonstration – and more can be arranged – with our local friends who are as passionate about food as they are about sharing it with you. Interested in private chef tour? We can arrange that too!

Super Snacks

In addition to the basic munchies throughout the day we offer great local specialties such as orange and chocolate Pan Dell’Orso, piping hot pastries, or fresh figs picked right from the tree. Water is great but fresh almond milk really hits the spot. You’ll refuel and recharge during our scheduled group stops.
