Accommodations & Meals
- Accommodations in four- or five-star hotels, charming B&Bs, and family inns
- Breakfast each morning
- Most dinners, with one or two evenings on your own depending on the tour

Trip Planning
- Expert Travel Advisors in the U.S. and Italy to assist with pre- and post-tour travel planning
- A comprehensive pre-departure package with destination information, packing guidance, what to expect, and tips for preparing for your tour—including a suggested training program
- Convenient meeting points for arrival and departure
Guides and Van Support
- Experienced bilingual local and/or native Italian guides
- Local experts who lead walking tours, cultural experiences, educational talks, and other included activities
- Private van support for luggage and assistance when needed
Transportation & Gratuities
- All group shuttles required during the tour, except private taxis

Your Ciclismo Bicycle
- Road Bike: Ciclismo Classico’s exclusive La Classica Ribelle carbon road bike with disc brakes and SRAM electronic shifting
- E-Bikes: Available on request for an additional charge, with drop-bar and hybrid-style options
- Hybrid Bike: Bianchi C Sport 2.5 with an aluminum frame and relaxed, comfortable fit
- Tandems: Available on request for an additional charge
- Bike models may vary on tours outside Europe
On the Trip
- Garmin Edge Explore GPS preloaded with your daily routes and GPX tracks
- Ride with GPS access to your daily routes for navigation on your mobile device
- A thorough route and map review with your guide each day before setting out, including the day’s route, key points, and important navigation details
- Extra riding options for those looking to add more miles
- Ongoing support and expert cycling guidance
- Cycling clinics
- A custom-designed Ciclismo Classico cycling jersey
- Wine and food tastings
- Cooking demonstrations and other culinary experiences

What’s Not Included
- Airfare
- Gratuities for Ciclismo guides (a suggested tip of 8–10% of the trip price per person, per guide team)
- Wine and other alcoholic beverages, unless specifically included in the itinerary
- Most lunches
- Transfers to the starting point, unless specified in your Detailed Itinerary; we can assist you in planning and arranging any necessary transportation
- Bike helmets (required) and SPD pedals
- Travel insurance
- Transportation of bike cases for guests bringing their own bicycles (shipping to the destination is available for an additional fee)
- Personal expenses such as laundry, supplies, phone calls, and other incidental expenses
