24th Annual Ciclismo Classico Jingle Ride – REIMAGINED

Started in 1996, the Jingle Ride is a leisurely 22-mile ride and festive bike parade from Arlington to Boston and back. There is a hot cocoa and cookie stop, and plenty of time for singing carols on the bike and off.  This colorful Ciclismo Classico tradition has raised thousands of dollars for Horizons for Homeless Children over the years.

While we can’t ride as a big group this year, you can still bring Jingle Ride holiday cheer to your community this December!

Instead of our traditional ride, plan your own Jingle Ride anytime between December 12th and December 20th. Simply:

  1. RSVP on our eventbrite page
  2. Wear your best holiday-themed outfit, decorate your bike, the works! Then go for a ride wherever you like.
  3. Don’t forget to share your fun!  Take a photo and share it on our Facebook page, Instagram or Twitter with the hashtag #jingleride! You can also email your photo to [email protected]!

We also encourage you to continue another wonderful Jingle Ride tradition by donating to our longtime charity partner, Horizons for Homeless Children.  Ride spokesperson Karin Turer says, “I volunteered at a homeless shelter with Horizons for Homeless Children for 6 years and I wanted to spread awareness of this fantastic nonprofit.”  To make a donation, please visit www.horizonschildren.org

Please RSVP and tell your friends across the world to join the fun! We’re counting on you to keep the Jingle Ride tradition alive in a safe and healthy manner until we can meet again!

Note: Ciclismo Classico recommends riding only with people in your household. Here are some USA Cycling guidelines about riding during Covid. Only photos showing appropriate Covid-safe behavior (masks, distance, etc) will be shared on Ciclismo Classico social media.
