Private Tour and Group Savings

Earn Discounted or FREE travel with our Group Organizer Program*

Gather your family, friends, neighbors, or club members, and we’ll do all the rest. Not only will you enjoy an unforgettable experience with your favorite people, but when you join or take over an existing trip and date, you’ll also earn special savings and even FREE trips.

Our standard pricing is based on 14 people. Any group with fewer than 14 members will be subject to a small group surcharge.

If you would like to choose a date outside of our published dates, a $500 per-person custom date fee applies. Also, choosing dates outside our existing dates may incur additional costs due to higher hotel and service costs

  • Sign up 6-8 people, and the group leader saves 5%
  • Sign up 9-11 people, and the group leader saves 15%
  • Sign up 12-15 people, and the group leader saves 25%
  • Sign up 16-18+  people, and the group leader saves 50%

* Sign up early to get your preferred dates • All travelers must sign up for the trip 90 days before the departure date to enjoy our group savings • Group discounts cannot be combined with the Referral Program, Alumni rewards, Promotional discounts, or tour specials.

Each custom tour is priced separately based on the number of days, the size of the group, the number of meals, and the level of amenities desired. No discounts apply.
