Gordon Harris

Gordon Harris is an avid lifetime cyclist and has led occasional tours for Ciclismo Classico in the Berkshires, the Massachusetts North Shore and New Hampshire for almost two decades.  We are excited to have Gordon lead our One-Day Story Rides Ipswich Land and Sea and The Wonders of Newburyport.

Since joining the Big Ride Across America in 2000, he and his wife have toured together throughout New England and Quebec, and share those rides on his site, Bike New England. With a degree in sociology, he makes his living as a carpenter, and conducts research on the historic Colonial-era houses of the Massachusetts North Shore. He serves as the Ipswich Town Historian, and publishes the site, Historic Ipswich.
