Hands-down, The World’s Most Popular: Bike Across Italy. This hill-town hopping cycling treasure chest has captured kudos, awards and the hearts of thousands for 30 years.

A Magical Moment on Bike Across Italy:  One of our special visits along the trip is rolling into the unassuming village of Bevagna. La Malchiera, as they call it, involves pulverizing linens and cotton and putting them into a water bath. When you have a mash made of this mix, you filter it out onto screens and make paper. It’s a process dating back to 1600, and it makes great quality paper. We love this demonstration because the guides are unique and the structure is authentic. It is all run by locals.

Trip Level & Best Time to Go: The tour is Intermediate level. Central Italy is best in Spring and Fall. We run this tour in May, June, July and September.

Best Island Foodie Fantasy: La Bella Sicilia. We’ve been pedaling here since 1990 and there’s nothing quite like its enchanting history and succulent, authentic, taste-bud boggling flavors.

A Magical Moment in Sicily: Sicilians are masterful street food vendors serving up ideal and scrumptious treats along the way: focaccepizzecalzoni, pidoniscaccearancinipanelle. Fresh, salty breads filled with a myriad of combinations: veggies, ham, prosciutto crudo; as you please– baked or fried. One of our guides’ favorites is called Corsino in Palazzolo Acreide–a tiny village founded by the Greeks some 2500 years ago, at the foot of Monti Iblei.  Corsino serves up state of the art sweet pastries highlighting their locally treasured almonds and ricotta. No joking around here!

Trip Level & Best Time to Go: This trip is Intermediate.  Spring and Fall are the best times to enjoy the intense landscapes. We generally run this trip in May, September and October and even November.

Most Vintage & Legendary: Tuscany & L’Eroica. Pedal through Renaissance paintings, discover the essence of Tuscany and experience the World’s Greatest Cycling Event on this Ciclismo Classico Exclusive.

A Magical Moment in Tuscany: Of course early arrival at the start of the Eroica ride is magical beyond words. Riders (all dressed up in spectacular, custom-made vintage digs, gather at the start in anxious and excited fervor! An unforgettable moment for all.

Trip Level & Best Time to Go: This trip is Intermediate level. The trip runs in early October as that is when the Eroica takes place.

30th Anniversary Tour: Tuscany & The Enchanting Island of Elba. Napoleon made this island his place of exile in 1814. We launched our first tour here in 1989. Today this captivating and historically rich island is the most coveted destination of 2020.

A Magical Moment in Elba: The scenery as we pass over the Volterraio Castle mountain ridge with the most jaw dropping view you’ve ever seen! Landscape is dotted with flowering yellow broom offering an arid, yet Mediterranean feel and craggy red cliffs–with views of the alluring blue Mediterranean in distance.

Trip Level & Best Time to Go: This trip is Intermediate. Spring and Fall are the best times to see Tuscany’s nature glow.

A Beer Lover’s Delight: Bike Across Belgium. This idyllic Outside Magazine Award Winner is perfect if you’re a hoppy and happiness seeking cyclist ready for a craft beer mecca.

A Magical Moment in Belgium: We all know this trip is the coolest, hippest bike tour on the planet. But one really special moment on tour is the night we have the classic mussels and fries night out. This happens in Oudenaarde 16th century cellar restaurant. Imagine a big pot of steaming authentic North Sea mussels served with fresh original Belgian fries? And, to top it off, the restaurant is located near the main square and next door to the exciting Centrum Ronde van Vlaanderen Cycling Museum.

Trip Level & Best Time to Go: It’s an Intermediate tour. Best time to hit Belgium is during the Summer months.

A Wine Lover’s MUST: PiedmontOur native expert guides will lead you on rolling roads that lead to the world’s greatest wines, finest cuisine and most heavenly views ever seen.

A Magical Moment in Piedmont:  Gelateria Canelin in Acqui Terme is the best recovery snack stop to enjoy killer fresh fruit-based gelati featured on Days 2 & 3 of our our Piedmont trip. The owner, Paolo Porta makes the best hazelnut torrone in the region (secret recipe!). Unfortunately he has no offspring to carry on the legacy. Anyone interested?

Trip Level & Best Time to Go:  This is an Intermediate level tour.  Spring (abundance) and Fall (harvest) are ideal times to visit Piedmont.

Best Beginner: It’s a Tie! Puglia and Sud Tyrol Roll. From the lush green North to the white-washed South, these two easy enchanting journeys burst with culture and charm.

A Magical Moment in Sud Tirol: It’s always possible to run into some exciting local gran fondo race or participate in a local mountain festival, but on Day 4 of our Sud Tirol trip you get a double whammy: a Ciclismo Classico lunch in Oberbozen in the company of beautiful Avelignesi horses and Tibetan llamas! In the afternoon–on this same day–we’ll visit the Archaeological Museum that houses Otzi, the 5,300-year-old mummy found nearby in Val Senales. Magical!

Trip Level & Best Time to Go:  Trip level is Beginner/Easy. Summertime is supreme; we run the trip in July & August.

Culture Queen: Bike Across France. We zig-zag and spin three regions of France: Aquitaine, Midi-Pyrenees and Languedoc-Roussillion on this portrait of The Best of France.

A Magical Moment in France: As tour guide Gabe Del Rossi says, “If you haven’t taken our Bike Across France trip recently, you haven’t had the opportunity to meet Chef Damien at Comme à la Maison in Castres. He will open your eyes to new flavors and techniques to master in the kitchen. You’ll also discover a few new recipes to call your all time favorites.

Trip Level & Best Time to Go: An Intermediate ride. Any time May through late September.

The Grandest of Journeys: Mediterranean Island HoppingDramatic coastal cycling, succulent seafood and ancient island culture abounds on a trip that dazzles and delights all.

A Magical Moment on the Islands: (Re: Corsica), some guests wrote in: During our 100 or so lovely days there (always between June 1 and September 30), it rained for a total of about a half hour and was never extremely hot. Adding to the foreign and exotic flavor is the fact that there are few American visitors to the island. On some of our trips we didn’t meet a single American. It is not as expensive as other European locations such as the Italian and French Rivieras, Paris, Rome, etc., especially during June and September when it is not crowded.

Trip Level & Best Time to Go: Intermediate level. Best time to go is May through the end of October.
