Washington DC Wilderness Ride

& The Burning of Washington

You’ll be amazed at the variety of landscapes and historic sites as we explore around D.C., up the beautiful Anacostia River and circle back into the city on some of the region’s most beautiful trails as well as some neighborhood streets. We’ll ride through a couple of national parks and to several historic landmarks that both showcase the beautiful woods and waterways of the region as well as connecting to the amazing stories of August 1814 when the British invaded and burned much of the nation’s young capital city including the White House and Capitol Building. Join Jeff Miller, the DC Cycling Concierge, as he leads a memorable ride exploring some beautiful trails and remarkable sites. The ride will be at a decent pace with a few stops. Jeff gets solid 5 star reviews for the engaging way he educates, enlightens and inspires everyone – even long-time DC residents. Sign up today!
