Come have a close look at this wonder! No doubt one of the most beautiful, powerful and astonishing gifts from our planet. Declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2009, these precious mountains began over 250 million years ago as a coral reef. The wind, water, ice and thousands of years of history have shaped them into the most stunning mountains in the world! “Are they rocks or clouds? Real or just a dream?” Italian novelist Dino Buzzati asks in ‘The Glass Mountains.’ Like Buzzati, other great men such as Goethe, the architect Le Corbusier, and the mountaineer Reinhold Messner have extolled the Dolomites as the most beautiful example of natural architecture.
We have planned a tour that beautifully combines cycling and hiking at a pace that allows the guests to enjoy and gain a better understanding of the place and it’s surroundings. To guarantee a very unique, safe, and unforgettable experience, we will be joined by local guide Stefano Martinello from Val di Fassa. Martinello is a “mid-mountain” certified guide, great cyclist, botanist and expert of local traditions.

Rifugio Fuciade
Rifugio (hut) Fuciade Surrounded by the Costabella mountains, with a breath-taking view of the Pale di San Martino and the Col Margherita, Fuciade is not the rustic shelter with collegial dormitories that hikers normally use, but rather an altitude cozy little hotel, with a great cuisine and a great wine cellar, to refuel after a day hiking.
