Places to Sleep, Places to Dream
You roll into town at the end of a full day of cycling, ready to kick off your bike shoes, soothe your tired muscles with a hot shower, and then sink into a restorative night’s sleep in a welcoming, comfortable bed.
All our accommodations are carefully selected to provide the perfect complement to the riding, dining, and other activities on each trip. From cozy inns and guesthouses to medieval castles and monasteries, we’ve chosen lodgings for their local flavor and charm as well as for their amenities and convenience.
Double Rooms for Single Travelers
In most of Europe, single hotel rooms are exactly that: a single bed in a tiny room. Many tour operators will charge a supplement for solo travelers and then squeeze them into a room more suited to mops and brooms than a tired cyclist who needs to relax after a long day. Our single supplement charge entitles solo travelers to a double room, with plenty of room to spread out and relax in style.
Here are some of our favorite hotels:
Located in Matera, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Each room was a "cave house" patiently transformed into a luxurious guest room. Spending a night at the Sextantio is a dream, a travel in time, a pleasure that goes beyond its beauty. There's a sense of peace and wonder that sets in your heart. Find peace of mind and body at their wellness center.

This hotel is for those who love the sea, nestled between the red granite of the Gallura, just outside the town of Santa Teresa, making this a unique spot. It features a private sandy beach, several pools and magnificent views of the crystal clear Mediterranean Sea and Capo Testa promontory, making the sunset unforgettable.
